Project EINO is an organizing effort intending to harness the public energy in the cause of  Universal Health Care to be achieved by non-incremental means.  

Our strategic model is built upon the history of the "Right to Education" and how that right was achieved, namely through state-by-state struggle (ie. education of the public on the issue) over the course of many years.  Decisive federal support came only after most states had won "universal education" in the late 1840's (and then only on paper many would argue).  

Project EINO began a New Strategic Initiative in October 2003.
